Bespoke wedding ceremonies: $770

A personally customised ceremony that reflects your unique journey together:

  • What it is: Your complete, bespoke wedding experience with your custom love story script.

  • Ideal for: Traditional weddings, modern celebrations and big family gatherings.

    Initial discussion

    This is where we check your legal eligibility to marry and confirm my availability for your selected date.

    Meeting

    We can meet on Teams or in person. During this meeting I will site your ID (as required) and complete the Notice of Intended Marriage for your signature. This is required to be signed at least one month before the ceremony.

    If you are outside of Australia, you will need to arrange an appropriately qualified witness to witness your signature. I can only witness your signatures if you are present in Australia (even if by Zoom or Teams). At least one party must sign the Notice of Intended Marriage at least one month prior to the ceremony, and no longer than 18 months before.

    Planning

    I’ll help you with ideas and inspiration, and start writing your ceremony.

    Draft

    I’ll share a draft and work with you to refine until you’re happy.

    Rehearsal

    A rehearsal is held to make sure everyone is feeling relaxed and prepared for the big day.

    The day

    I arrive about 45 minutes before the ceremony to set up.

    You will need two witnesses over the age of 18 to witness the ceremony.

    After your special day

    I will lodge the legal paperwork with the Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages.

    Travel

    My price includes travel within 50 km (100 km round trip) from Maleny. For further travel, a cost of $1/km will apply.

    Sound system: Quality PA system for the ceremony to ensure all guests can hear the ceremony.

Renewal of Vows: $480

  • Ideal for: anniversaries and special occasions.

  • What is included: a bespoke ceremony, which can include readings, poems, vows or elements of your choosing.

Commitment Ceremony: $480

  • What it is: A ceremony without all the legal elements and paperwork, tailored to suit you and your wishes.

  • Ideal for: Couples who just want to declare their love and commitment to each other without the recognition of it being a legal marriage in Australia.

  • What is included: A bespoke ceremony, without the legal elements required to be a marriage recognised by law in Australia

Baby Naming Ceremony: $450

A memorial service is a meaningful gathering that celebrates and honours the life of a loved one. It provides family and friends with the opportunity to share memories, reflect on a life well lived, and find comfort in coming together. Whether traditional or contemporary, each service is thoughtfully personalised to reflect the unique personality, values, and legacy of the person being remembered.
