Legals Only Wedding Ceremony — $490
Simple, relaxed and officially married!
Perfect for couples who want to keep things beautifully simple, the Legals Only Package takes care of everything required to make your marriage official — without the fuss of a traditional wedding ceremony.
Perfect for: Elopements, micro-weddings, couples planning an overseas celebration later, or anyone who simply wants a small and uncomplicated ceremony.
What's included: A short registry-style ceremony incorporating all mandatory legal wording, preparation of your marriage documentation and submission of the required paperwork following your ceremony.
Guest numbers: Designed for the couple and their two required witnesses, aged 18 years or over.
Optional extras: Additional elements can be included by arrangement at an additional cost.

A completely personalised wedding ceremony created around your relationship, your personalities and the story that makes the two of you uniquely you.
From relaxed Maleny and Sunshine Coast Hinterland weddings to traditional celebrations and large family gatherings, we'll work together to create something warm, meaningful and memorable.
What's included
Initial consultation
We'll talk about your wedding plans, confirm my availability and make sure all the legal requirements are in place.
Getting to know you
We'll meet in person or via Teams to talk about your story, personalities and how you'd like your ceremony to feel. We'll also take care of your identification and Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) requirements.
Your personalised ceremony & love story
I'll help with ideas and inspiration before writing your bespoke ceremony and love story. You'll receive a draft and we'll refine it together until you're completely happy.
Wedding rehearsal
We'll run through the ceremony so everyone knows what to expect and you can arrive on your wedding day feeling relaxed and prepared.
Your wedding day
I'll arrive approximately 45 minutes beforehand to prepare the ceremony space and sound system. A quality PA system is included so your guests can hear every important word.
You'll need two witnesses aged 18 years or over.
After your wedding
I'll lodge the required legal paperwork with the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages.
Travel
Travel within 50 km of Maleny (100 km return) is included. Weddings further afield are charged an additional $1 per kilometre.
